“Stay Down”

That’s a song off of the new Mary J Blige album and the words just speak to me. It can apply to so many different things in my life right now. Things that are moving, things that are ending and hopefully things that I will get through and which hopefully will ”pass the test”. It may not be true word for word in every instance but the song for now just touches my heart in a very special way. I just cant seem to get it out of my head and I dont think I have heard it without actually teering up. ( ouch I admit it) Hey but trust me I know others who have done the same – Seen them in person so you cant make fun of me  and anyway if  you do ” I don’t really care!”

If you dont know the song you need to go hear it - She definitely has to  be one of the most “real women” out there. Dont know why, it’s just her persona — She totally rocks!!

My goal is to get this tune stuck in as many heads as possible, so I dont suffer with “tunehead” by myself- it’s much better with the music though…….:)
